Terms and Conditions

ExperienceFlight.co.uk, trading as RPDA Aviation Ltd (hereafter referred to as "we," "us," "our," or "RPDA Aviation"), acts as a broker for the sale of air experience vouchers. By purchasing or using our vouchers, you ("the Customer") agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.

Nature of Services

  • Broker Status: RPDA Aviation Ltd, operating as ExperienceFlight.co.uk, is a brokerage service providing access to a range of air experiences delivered by third-party network providers ("Network Providers"). We are not the direct providers of these services; we act solely as an intermediary.

  • Voucher Validity: All vouchers purchased through ExperienceFlight.co.uk are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable once redeemed with a Network Provider.

Vouchers and Expiry

  • Voucher Use: Vouchers may only be used for experiences booked through our Network Providers. The expiration date will be clearly stated on each voucher, and no extensions will be granted beyond the one-year validity period.

  • Non-Refundable Usage: Once a voucher has been redeemed or used for a booking, it is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Refunds and Cooling-Off Period: Customers have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 if they wish to cancel their purchase. This cooling-off period applies only if the experience has not been booked or redeemed. Refunds are only available within this 14-day period.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Policy: All cancellation policies are governed by the Network Providers and may vary depending on the provider. Customers must contact the Network Provider directly for all rescheduling or cancellations.

  • Rescheduling by Network Providers: If a Network Provider must cancel or reschedule due to weather conditions or other factors beyond their control, RPDA Aviation Ltd is not liable for any inconvenience, financial loss, or disappointment. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in rescheduling with the Network Provider.

Liability and Disclaimer

  • Limitation of Liability: RPDA Aviation Ltd operates solely as a broker for the sale of air experience vouchers and accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in experiences or from interactions with Network Providers.

  • Network Provider Responsibility: Network Providers hold sole responsibility for the provision, quality, safety, and legality of the air experiences. RPDA Aviation Ltd does not guarantee the standards or conditions of the services provided and is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of the experience.

  • Exclusion of Warranty: Except as expressly stated, RPDA Aviation Ltd makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability or safety of experiences and disclaims any implied warranties. We recommend that customers consult the Network Provider’s terms and conditions for full details.

Risks and Customer Responsibility

  • Assumption of Risk: By participating in an air experience, the Customer acknowledges the inherent risks involved in aviation activities. Participation is entirely at the Customer’s own risk, and RPDA Aviation Ltd is not liable for any injury, damage, or death that may occur.

  • Insurance: We recommend that customers seek personal insurance coverage to safeguard against potential risks involved in aviation activities. RPDA Aviation Ltd does not provide insurance coverage for these experiences.

Customer Obligations

  • Correct Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and complying with the conditions set forth by Network Providers. RPDA Aviation Ltd is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

  • Physical Fitness and Suitability: Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet the necessary health and fitness requirements as specified by the Network Provider. Certain medical conditions may restrict or limit participation, and it is the Customer’s responsibility to verify their suitability prior to booking.

Data Protection and Privacy

  • Customer Data: RPDA Aviation Ltd respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We collect and process information solely to facilitate voucher sales and bookings.

  • Third-Party Sharing: We may share necessary customer information with Network Providers solely for the purpose of booking and arranging experiences. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for unrelated purposes.

Amendments to Terms

  • Right to Amend: RPDA Aviation Ltd reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on the ExperienceFlight.co.uk website and will apply to all purchases made after the posting date.

  • Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing or redeeming a voucher, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by any future amendments.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
